| Restrictions | Grants are made for general operations, specific projects and capital campaigns. As a general rule, the Foundation will not serve as the major or sole funder of a project. Grants are not made to individuals; to endowment funds; to church building or operating funds; or to the building or operating funds of elementary schools or public high schools.The Foundation will consider requests from organizations that have received 501(c)(3) taxexempt status from the Internal Revenue Service and which are not classified as private foundations under the Internal Revenue Code 509. State and local government requests are also considered. |
